Our History

Computer Service Partners, Inc. was founded in 1993 and, in the beginning, provided hardware maintenance services to businesses using IBM Midrange Systems in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Expanding Services To Meet Your Needs

In 1995, Bill and Mary Riddick purchased Computer Service Partners and began expanding the company’s services to include:

Comprehensive support of PC/LAN networks
Network integration and support
Training and application support
Security solutions
eBusiness solutions
Hardware & software sales

Under the new ownership, CSP also expanded our coverage area to include all of North Carolina.

CSP has completed two acquisitions to facilitate our growth. In 1997, we purchased Trilink Corporation, headquartered in Cary. In 2005, we purchased Acknowledge Resources, Inc. dba. Prosys Information Systems of North Carolina.

Each acquisition brought additional outstanding technical and management staff, and processes — all to better serve our customers.
